I am developing a targeted LC–MS/MS method to investigate mouse skeletal muscle, with a focus on how estrogen signaling changes with aging, injury, and diseases. More broadly, I am interested in advancing LC–MS based proteomics to interrogate intricate signaling pathways and define how age-dependent changes in post-translational modifications (PTMs) influence the signaling networks across diverse disease models.
